Registration is open for boaters interested in participating in the Channel Islands Harbor’s Inaugural Parade of Frights, a non-competitive Halloween-themed boat parade.
The boat parade is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
Interested boaters can register by downloading this form.
The deadline to submit registration documents is 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2022. THIS IS THE SAME TIME AS THE MANDATORY SKIPPERS MEETING. THE SKIPPERS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE VENTURA COUNTY HARBOR PATROL OFFICES, located at 3900 Pelican Way Oxnard, CA 93035.
