More than 60 vessels took to the water at the 58^th Annual Parade of Lights but only one took home the Sweepstakes prize, an award that goes to the entry with the highest overall score at the parade.

This year’s theme was “Sleigh Bells & Spurs: A Rockin’ Rodeo Boat Parade” and the winning vessel, entered by Channel Islands Yacht Club, captured the spirit.

Destination Unknown, a 46-foot Sea Maxum skippered by Eric Dobbs, went all out to fit the theme of the parade. The entry featured Santa Claus riding a mechanical bull, vibrant music and lights, a bubble and fog machine, and more.
