Bring your favorite beach chair or blanket, snacks, sunscreen and children and head down to Harbor View Park on May 8, 2022  to enjoy Fairy Tales in the Park.

Gypsies in a Trunk, an all-volunteer group of actors, performs Fairy Tales in the Park throughout Ventura County for the young and young-at-heart.

On July 3rd, the performance presented will be The Princess & The Pirate.

What happens when the bored, spoiled Princess Margaret meets the brazen, swashbuckling Dread Pirate Roberta….and they look exactly like each other? Why, they switch places of course!
While Court Jester Bob and the courageous Sir Loin of Beef are trying to figure things out, the Princess has boarded a pirate ship, while the kingdom is being ruled by a crazy, cut-throat Pirate! Uh-oh!!

Location

Harbor View Park is located at 3600 Harbor Blvd. just south of Marine Emporium Landing in Oxnard. Curtain time is 2 p.m. and the show is designed to run approximately 45 minutes, which coincides with the attention span of the target age group, 3-10 year olds.

Shows are always free, but donations are welcome!
